Wright was listed as the head of a family on the 1800 Census in Bedford Co.,VA..(59) According to Dennis Johnson: "It would appear that WRIGHT BOND was born 13 Apr 1759 in
CUMBERLAND Co., VA. He married MARTHA "Pats/Patty" BROWN in Cumberland Co., VA. in Nov. 1781. (It states they married in Cumberland Co., VA. in the Pension file...ymw)
It is not clear where he was after November 1781 but we do know that he moved to Bedford, Va. in 1799-1800. Thus it would
appear that all the children were born in CUMBERLAND CO., VA. up until Rhoda who could have been born in either location.
