On motion of George Wisker, Josephine Wisker
and Wm T. Wisker, it is ordered that J. H. Wisker
be and he is hereby appointed Administrator
of the Estate of Herman Henry Wisker, deceased.
   Where upon he took the oath and gave
Bond as required by law, with Geo. Wisker
and Wm. T. Wisker, as sureties, which is ap-
proved and filed.
   Further Ordered, that the Chas. F. Gausepohl,
Bernard MonKadiek and Henry Neinaber be and they are
hereby appointed Appraisers of the Personal
Estate of said descendant and they will return to
this court an Inventory and Appraisement there
of as required by law.

Came Rose Anna Wisker, a minor over
the age of 14 years, and made choice of J. H.
Wisker, as her Guardian, and on her motion
he is appointed and permitted to qualify
as Guardian of said Rose Anna Wisker.
   Whereupon he took the oath and gave
Bond as required by law, with Geo. Wisker
and Wm. T. Wisker, as surety, which is ap-
proved and filed.

We the undersigned appraisers duly
appointed by the Hon. Kenton County
Court to appraise the personal Estate
of Harmen Wisker deceased and after
having first been duly sworn respect-
fully submit the following as a true
and complete list of all the articles of
personal property of whatsoever
kind belonging to said decedent
that was exhibited to us by J. H. Wisker
