This Web site is collection of information (history) on two old Long Island Families (Abrams and Davison). It's initial intent was to document some personal ideas and hobbies intersets of mine. In time this site was migrated from a simple collection of assorted facts to a genealogy sources of many researches trying to find their Abrams roots. In this time I have located numerous relations all over the US and Canada.

Most of the data in this site are from Abrams Surnames in the Long Island NY area and are derived from Charles Abrams (b. 1651). Additional data is for the Rockville Cemetery on Long Island NY. These records are far from official but document many early Abrams'.

I intend to continue this research with the aid of others to add additional names, photos and assorted interesting documents. Many of my images I have collected will are placed on this site along with numerous photos submitted by others.

Little of the work on this site is basic research which I have conducted. For the most part I am recording work of others. I have received question by Email for more data on persons in either the Eardeley or Davison database. All that is displayed is all I have, I cannot provide anything more on that person. The Eardeley notes may have errors, but I reported the genealogy as Eardeley recoded it with few changes.

The Abrams database is updated frequently as I obtain more information. This is a collection from many sources. I have attempted to document these sources in the GED file.
