Abraham LaRue and his first wife Magdalene Gille had a son Peter who was baptized in the Dutch Church at Kingston, New York on 25-March-1688. Magdalene died and there was a second marriage of Abraham to Olive Cresson, widow of Joshua Cresson about 1690. If there were issue of this marriage it is not known at this time, they then settled in the Huguenot Colony on Staten Island, New York, Abraham eventually died in Hunterdon County, New Jersey in 1712.
