| Jane Cassingham is one of
our Mystery Kin. She and her parents seem to have arrived in the U.S. between 1840-1843 in a second migration of Cassinghams. They settled in Coshocton County, Ohio (a county adjacent to Muskingum County where Thomas and his family settled in 1818). Though we have not yet been able to prove a relationship between the Thomas Cassingham line and the John Cassingham lline, we feel certain one exists. Jane Cassingham is the daughter of John Cassingham and Elizabeth. She was born about 21 Feb 1830 in England. She died 18 Aug 1901 at the age of 71 in Virginia twp., Coshocton, Ohio and was buried there in the Adams Mill Cemetery.
On 2 Jan 1853, she married George Washington Adams in Coshocton County, Ohio. He is the son of Beal Adams and Elizabeth W. Jett. He was born 27 Feb 1827 in Coshocton County, Ohio. He died 20 Nov 1893 in Virginia twp., Coshocton, Ohio and was buried there at the Adams Mill Cemetery.

- Martha J. Adams was born 23 Feb 1866 in Virginia twp., Coshocton, Ohio. On 25 Jul 1886, she married John H. Senter in Coshocton County, Ohio. She died 4 Feb 1888 at the age of 21 in Virginia twp., Coshocton, Ohio and is buried there.
