Clarence Cassingham is the son of Charles Wesley Cassingham and Durinda C. Atwater. He was born 25 Nov 1892 in Burnside, Hancock, Illinois and died in May 1976 at age 83 in La Harpe, Hancock, Illinois. He is buried in La Harpe Cemetery, La Harpe, Hancock, Illinois.

On 25 Nov 1917, he married Rose Belle Law in Keokuk, Lee, Iowa. She is the daughter of Frank Law and Clarissa Ford. She was born 20 Aug 1890 in Muscatine County, Iowa and died 13 Jul 1963 at age 72 in Macomb, Hancock, Illinois. She was buried 16 Jul 1963 at La Harpe Cemetery, La Harpe, Hancock, Illinois. Belle was a school teacher and a life-long Methodist.

Notes

When Clarence registered for the draft on 5 Jun 1917 he listed his marital status as married, but our information says he didn't marry until November.

Belle's obituary mentions that Belle had five grandchildren. We don't know who many of them are.
