Clarence George Hubbart is the son of Nellie Elizabeth Linton and Arthur Charles Hubbart (Sr.). He was born 23 Mar 1907 in Hiawatha, Brown, Kansas and died the day after his 87th birthday, 2 4 Mar 1994, in Columbus, Franklin, Ohio.

On 21 May 1933, he married Pearl Eunice Rose in Lincoln, Lancaster, Nebraska. She is the daughter of Arthur Rose and Nora Maude Caldwell. She was born 15 Nov 1904 in Lincoln County, Kansas. She died 23 Jul 1998 at age 93 in Columbus, Franklin, Ohio.
