On 12 Apr 1908, he married Myrtle Iris Martin in Centralia, Craig, Oklahoma. She was born 29 Aug 1889 in Delaware, Nowata, Oklahoma. Myrtle is the daughter of Andrew J. Martin and Anna Belle (unknown). She died in Dec 1980 at about age 91 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Oklahoma.

   • Finally, on 16 Apr 1993, he married (4) Peggy J. Jones in Cooke County, Texas. She was born about 1930. Peggy and Arthur divorce in Cooke County, Texas on 6 Mar 1996.

Notes

Marie (Cassingham) Claflin tells us that John "was named John Robinson Cassingham, Jr. but during childhood did not like the name Robinson and, therefore, used the initial R only. When he petitioned the Masonic Lodge, the friend who took his petition for the lodge put down his middle name as Randolph since the Masonic Lodge requires a middle name instead of an initial. Therefore, he is now known as John Randolph Cassingham."
