JOHN P. CONNELLY (Age 71) Passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2012 in Washington, DC. Born September 12, 1941 in Chicago, IL, John graduated from Western Illinois University in 1963, served in Brazil for the Peace Corps in 1964-1965, and was a member of the US Navy Reserves. He worked as a procurement officer for the federal government and as a computer tester. In the last few months of his long illness, John was cared for lovingly by the staff of Capital Caring Hospice and the Lisner-Louise-Dickson-Hurt Home. A memorial service is being planned. |
