ALINE RUTH CASSINGHAM HIXON

Our beloved and precious wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and best pal and friend passed away March 31, 1995 in Fillmore, Utah of heart failure.

She was born October 28, 1912 in Elkton, Colorado to George W. and Pearl Cassingham. She married Charles B. Hixon April 20, 1933.

Survived by devoted husband of 63 years of Orem; their children, Thelma and Jack Keisel, Orem; Charles and Josie Hixon, Bullhead, Ariz.; George and Claudette Hixon, Anchorage, Alaska; one foster son, Jose L. Martinez, Denver, Colo.; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and very many nieces and nephews; sisters, Bessie VanDruff, Colorado Springs, Colo.; Elizabeth Mack, Carbondale, Colo.; Daisy Townsend, Casper, Wyo.; Edith Queen, Kissee Mills, Mont.; Eline Sturdivant, Woody Creek, Colo.; Grace Denton, Steamboat Springs, Colo.; she was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers, Edna Ross, Freddie Lee Moon, Henry and Lawrence Cassingham.

Aline enjoyed the outdoors and loved growing her flowers, also loved to go fishing and traveling. She was a good cook and spent many years in the restaurant business and hospital work. She enjoyed very much being friends to all her Senior Citizen family of Orem.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 6, 1995 at 2 p.m. in the Sundberg Olpin Mortuary Chapel located at 495 So. State St., Orem, where friends may call Wednesday 7-8 p.m. and on Thursday one hour prior to services. Burial: Timpanogas Memorial Gardens, Orem.
