SKINNER Helen Louise Walton Cassingham Skinner passed away at St. Anthony Hospital on July 19, 2010. Helen was born in Oklahoma City, OK on June 25, 1926 to Katherine H. and Lester E. Walton. Helen married Art Cassingham on January 5, 1946 and was divorced in 1975. Helen married De Roy Skinner on June 30, 1989. Helen was preceded in death by her husband De Roy Skinner, her parents and two brothers Lester W. and Edward B. Walton. She is survived by four sisters Jackie Ward of Yukon, Mary Coody of Oklahoma City, Dorothy Wood of Celeste, Texas, Betty Wirth and husband Bob of Shawnee, and one brother William (Bill) J. Walton of Yukon. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and numerous friends who loved her dearly. A Wake will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at 7PM at Bill Merritt Memorial Chapel. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 2PM at Epiphany of the Lord. |
