[From an unknown Ohio newspaper.] EDWARD T. KAIN Edward T. Kain, 84, of 1821 East Cherry Lynn Road, Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Dresden, Canton and South Zanesville, died at 9 p.m. Monday at Doctor's Hospital in Phoenix. Mr. Kain was born Dec. 13, 1894, at VanLue. He was a retired employee of Republic Steel at Canton and a veteran of World War I. He resided in Phoenix the past 15 years. His first wife, Eula Devine Kain, died in December 1966. Surviving are his wife, Bertha Kain; two sons, Robert E. of 2745 East Pike and Thomas Allen of Mesa, Ariz.; a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Hanley of Phoenix, Ariz.; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Flora Jones of Fairborn. Service will be held Thursday at Mercer Funeral Home in Phoenix. Burial will be in Phoenix. |
