Carl Raymond Carlock is the son of William Hamilton Carlock and Edith Gertrude Spear. He was born 9 Aug 1920 in Ferron, Emery, Utah. He died 27 Jun 1998 at age 77 in Hemet, Riverside, California.

On 8 Apr 1943, he married Helen Marion Thomas in Milford, Oakland, Michigan. She was born 18 Jul 1924 in Indiana. She died in Feb 1989 at age 64. Carl apparently married a second time as well.
