Albina Edwards is the daughter of Starling Edwards and Phoebe. She was born in 1842/1843 in Mount Carroll, Carroll, Illinois. She died sometime before the 1870 census probably in Carroll county, Illinois.

• On 31 January 1863, she married Ebenezer Woodward Oakley in Carroll county, Illinois. He is the son of A. L. Oakley and Lucy W. (unknown). He was born in September 1836 in New York. He died 1 February 1902 at age 65 in Montpelier, Bear Lake, Idaho. He is buried at Montpelier Cemetery, Bear Lake, Idaho. After Albina's death, he married Anna Pease.
