William Sherman Oakley is the son of
Albina Edwards and Ebenezer Woodward Oakley. He was born 14 June 1868 in Carroll county, Illinois.
He died 2 January 1932 at age 63 in Boise, Ada, Idaho.
- On 24 October 1892, he married Clara Matilda Toolson in Montpelier, Bear Lake, Idaho.
She is the daughter of Andrew Toolson and Jorgine Kirstine Funk. Clara was 2
years old when her mother died. She was born 28 May 1872 in Smithfield, Cache, Utah. She died 3 April 1956 at age 83.
