FARMER -- Harry L. Bish, 91, Farmer, died Tuesday, April 1, 2008, in Hospice Home of Fort Wayne, following a brief week illness.

He was born Nov. 12, 1916, in Paulding County, the son of John Wesley and Adelaid (Leatherman) Bish. In 1939, he married Evelyn Miller, who survives. He worked in construction and was a member of Farmer Church of Christ.

Also surviving two daughter, Eileen (Robert) Gallant of Michigan City, Ind., and Louise (Marvin) Hartman, Warrenton, Mo.; a son, John, Bryan; and 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death were two sons, Loyd and Max; and two grandchildren, three sisters and four brothers.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Krill Funeral Home, Bryan, with Pastor Ken Wellman officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Memory Gardens, rural Defiance. Visitation is from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Sunday.

FARMER - Harry L. Bish, 91, of Farmer, died Tuesday, April 1, 2008, at Hospice Home of Fort Wayne, Ind., following an illness of one week.

Born Nov. 12, 1916, at Paulding County, to Adelaid (Leatherman) and John Wesley Bish, he married Evelyn Irene Miller on April 12, 1939, in Grover Hill, and she survives.

He worked in construction and was a member of the Farmer Church of Christ.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his children, Eileen (and husband, Robert) Gallant of Michigan City, Ind., Louise (and husband, Marvin) Hartman of Warrenton, Mo. and John W. Bish of Bryan; 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two sons, Loyd Glen Bish and Max Lee Bish; two grandchildren; three sisters; and four brothers. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Bryan.

Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Ken Wellman to officiate. Interment will follow in Riverview Memory Gardens, Defiance. Memorials may be made to Hospice Home of Fort Wayne, Ind., 5910 Homestead Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814.
