ROSE CELL Rose Edwards Cell, 89, of Lincoln City died September 28, 2000 in Lincoln City. She was born April 26, 1911 in Quanah, Texas to Harvey and Maude Bell Edwards. She married Dean W. Cell in Los Angeles, Calif., in October of 1959. Mrs. Cell was a member of the Assembly of God. She is survived by a niece, Gloria Baum of Depoe Bay. Pacific View Memorial Chapel is serving the family. |
