URA R. BALLARD, 84, of Morrison died March 20 in the Bear Creek Nursing Home. Services were March 23 in Aurora Chase Mortuary. Burial was in Fairmount Cemetery. Mrs. Ballard, a native of Hill City, Kan., was a machine operator for Nabisco bakery for 33 years. Formerly of Commerce City, she was a member of Rose Hill Grange and First Baptist Church of Commerce City. Survivors include two daughters, Marmalee Schade of Brownsville, Texas, and Barbara McCullough of Grand Lake; two sons, Wade of Littleton and Ivan of Canyon Lake, Calif.; a brother, Ivan B. Weatherly of Prescott Valley, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Contributions: Parkinsons Association of the Rockies.
