Catherine Leavens SAVANNA, Ill. - Services for Catherine E. Leavens, 95, Savanna, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna. Visitation is one hour before the service. Burial will be in Savanna Township Cemetery. Mrs. Leavens died Friday, July 27, 2001, at her home. She worked at Savanna Garment Factory sewing in zippers. Catherine Smith was born July 6, 1906, in Savanna. She married Clyde Leavens in 1934 in Savanna. He died in 1955 in York Township, Ill. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Foundation. Survivors include nieces and nephews. |
