Mary Louise Sites

Mary L. Sites, 82, died at her home in Findlay, Ohio, May 9, 2009. She was born in Findlay on October 4, 1928 to the late Purley and Helen R. (Courtney) Warner. She married Walter H. Sites on November 21, 1949, and he preceded her in death August 30, 1989. Two sisters: Marie Goldsberry and Dorothy Virginia Montgomery, and a brother, Purley Eugene Warner, also preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Tim A. Sites, Karen L. Luther, Linda Sites, and a step-son, Walter Howard Sites, Jr. She is also survived by a sister Glenrose Anderson of Manistique, Michigan, as well as eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her companion, William Dill of Arlington, Ohio, who she loved. Mary was employed in several positions in service and sales but her life achievement was her family and home. She loved cooking, traveling, flowers, birds, and reading. She requested no memorial services but that she be remembered as she was in life surrounded by her loved ones.
