[From the Brownsville Herald, 5 Dec 2003] ELMER FRED SCHADE SR. Elmer Fred Schade Sr., 71, of Brownsville passed away Saturday, Sept. 21, 2002 at his residence. Mr. Schade was preceded in death by his wife, Marmalee Schade. Mr. Schade is survived by three children, Harold C. Schade of Fresno, Calif., Elmer Fred Schade Jr. of Thorne, Colo., and Jeannette Schade of Broomfield, Colo.; six grandchildren, two nieces and four nephews. The family will be greeting friends and relatives from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, 2002 at Trevino Funeral Home.
