Homer Warner Clabaugh is the son of Nelson Seymore Clabaugh and Nancy Catherine Iseman. He was born 28 January 1884 in Neosho, Morris, Kansas. He died 14 October 1964 at age 80. He is buried at Kelso Cemetery, Kelso, Morris, Kansas.

About 1906, he married Ethel May Gaston in Morris county, Kansas. She is the daughter of Robert Joseph Gaston and Elizabeth Harris. She was born 12 September 1886 in Seneca, Nemaha, Kansas. She died 25 October 1975 at age 89 in Great Bend, Barton, Kansas. She is buried at La Crosse, Rush, Kansas. This marriage ended in divorce sometime before 1925.

   • On 4 July 1931, she married G. Lester Van Horn at La Crosse, Rush, Kansas. He is the son of George W. Van Horn and Hattie. He was born about 1907 in Kansas.
   • On 19 May 1953, she married Reuben Hanhardt at La Crosse, Rush, Kansas. He is the son of Jacob Hanhardt and Susan Mohr. He was born 11 August 1909 in Shaffer, Kansas. He died the day after Christmas, 26 December 1995, at age 86 in Colorado Springs, El Paso, Colorado. On 29 December 1995, he was buried at La Crosse City Cemetery, La Crosse, Rush, Kansas.
2. Estella M. Clabaugh was born 5 February 1912 in Council Grove, Morris, Kansas.
3. Robert Nelson Clabaugh was born 5 December 1913 in Kansas. He died in November 1979 at age 65.
