Jesse Anthony Neiswender (Jr.) is the son of Jesse Anthony Neiswender (Sr.) and Helen Mary Van Vliet. He was born 25 November 1918 in Bellingham, Whatcom, Washington. He died 20 April 1996 at age 77 in Tacoma, Pierce, Washington. He is buried at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, Washington.

• On 20 June 1947, at age 28, he married Alta Luella Halsey, who was age 25, in Spokane, Spokane, Washington. She is the daughter of Homer A. Halsey and Ethel Snyder. She was born 1 February 1922 in Ritzville, Adams, Washington. She died 31 January 2016 -- just one day short of her 94th birthday -- in Gig Harbor, Pierce, Washington. She is buried at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, Washington.
