- On 24 September 1873, at age 23, she married William Jackson Lemons, who was age 32,
in Ronceverte, Greenbrier, West Virginia.
He is the son of James Isaac Lemons and Amelia Burdette.
He was born 20 April 1841 in Monroe county, West Virginia (then called Virginia).
He died 25 October 1910 at age 69 in Sinks Grove, Monroe, West Virginia.
He is buried at Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Cemetery, Sinks Grove, Monroe, West Virginia.
