• About 1910, at age 26, he married Theresa Elosia Ramsey, who was age 19. She is the daughter of Louden Elihew Ramsey and Rachel Dinah Hedrick. She was born 13 April 1890 in West Virginia. She died 25 May 1973 at age 83 in Eugene, Lane, Oregon. This marriage apparently ended in divorce around 1930 to 1940.
• On 11 December 1940, at age 57, he married Lesta Louise Webb, who was age 35, in Washington county, Arkansas. She was born 17 March 1905. She died 15 September 1981 at age 76 in Fayetteville, Washington, Arkansas. She is buried at Bluff Cemetery, Springdale, Washington, Arkansas.
