She was age 26 when she married Arthur Benjamin Cook, who was also age 26, in Raleigh county, West Virginia, on 18 December 1926. He is the son of Robert L. Cook and Mary Ellen Kounse. He was born 15 August 1900 in Sinks Grove, Monroe, West Virginia. He died 4 March 1959 at age 58 in Beckley, Raleigh, West Virginia. He was buried 6 March 1959 at Sunset Memorial Cemetery, Beckley, West Virginia.
