Powhatan Miller Baber (Jr.) is the son of Powhatan Miller Baber (Sr.) and Elsie I. Christie. He was born 19 February 1917 in Clarksburg, Harrison, West Virginia.

She was born 1 April 1923 in Clifton Forge, Alleghany, Virginia. She died 6 January 2011 at age 87 in Charlottesville, Albemarle, Virginia.
