Forrest Osber Scott is the son of Mathew George Scott and Annabell Frances Emmons. He was born 1 October 1898 in Sinks Grove, Monroe, West Virginia, (near Rocky Point). He died April 1963 at age 64. He is buried at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Meno, Major, Oklahoma.

He married Wanda. She was born 15 August 1904 in Oklahoma. She died 8 October 1989 at age 85 in Council Grove, Morris, Kansas. She is buried at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Meno, Major, Oklahoma.

Forrest's middle name may possibly be "Osker" (perhaps named after his maternal grandfather). The only source for the middle name I have found is his WWI draft card and, unfortunately, the middle name is not clearly written on that form.
