On 17 October 1936, at age 21, she married Harry Treverse Tucker, who was age 29, in Merriam, Noble, Indiana. He is the son of Charles Wesley Tucker and Tressie Blanche Johnson. He was born 5 March 1907 in Indiana. He died 9 September 1982 at age 75 in Kendallville, Noble, Indiana. He is buried at Christian Chapel Cemetery, Merriam, Noble, Indiana.
