Candace Jo Arlington is the daughter of Jerry Michael Arlington and JoAnne Shull. She was born in 1957 in Indiana.

  • In 1984, at age 26, she married Handie Han Podo, who was age 22, in Virginia. He is the son of Hadi D. Podo and Sri Kus Tia. He was born in 1961 in Indonesia.
