Susan Shriner is the daughter of Peter Shriner (Sr.) and Sarah. She was born 21 January 1804 in Liberty, Fairfield, Ohio. She died 18 October 1841 at age 37 in Columbia City, Whitley, Indiana. She was buried 20 October 1841 at Egolf Cemetery, Whitley County, Indiana.
On 16 May 1822, at age 18, she married Adam Egolf, who was age 21, in Fairfield County, Ohio. He is the son of Henry Egolf and Mary Magdalena Hoop. He was born 6 Aug 1800 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He died 13 Nov 1890 at age 90 in Coumbia City, Thorncreek township, Whitley, Indiana. He was buried 16 Nov 1890 at Egolf Cemetery, Whitley County, Indiana. After Susan's death he had married Lydia Gates.
