Mary Shriner is the daughter of John J. Shriner (Sr.) and Mary Williams. She was born 28 February 1823 in Liberty, Fairfield, Ohio. She died 25 February 1910 at age 86 in Fort Wayne, Allen, Indiana. On 28 February 1910, she was buried at Lindenwood Cemetery, Allen county, Indiana.

She married Nathaniel Sibray in Liberty, Fairfield, Ohio. He was born 15 January 1820 in Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland. He died 4 December 1894 at age 74 in Fort Wayne, Allen, Indiana. On 6 December 1894, he was buried at Lindenwood Cemetery, Allen county, Indiana.
