Ann Egolf is the daughter of Susan Shriner and Adam Egolf. She was born in April 1831 in Stryker, Licking, Ohio. She died sometime before 1882 (possibly even earlier).

On 19 July 1847, she married Joseph Hughes in Whitley County, Indiana. He was born between Jun 1822 and May 1823 in Pennsylvania. He apparently died before 1854.
