Rose B. Fisher is the daughter of Zilpha Adaline Egolf and George William Fisher. She was born 21 March 1887 in Indiana. She died 8 January 1972 at age 84 in Whitley county, Indiana. She is buried at Blue River Cemetery, Thorncreek, Whitley, Indiana.

On 7 August 1904, at age 17, she married Bert Beverly Waugh, who was age 23, in Columbia City, Whitley, Indiana. He is the son of Joseph Waugh and Sarah Cobaugh. He was born 11 January 1881 in Whitley county, Indiana. He died 13 February 1958 at age 77 in Columbia City, Whitley, Indiana. He is buried at Blue River Cemetery, Thorncreek, Whitley, Indiana.

1. Mary Esther Hedges was born 9 May 1915 in Thorncreek, Whitley, Indiana. She is the daughter of Herman Hedges and Daisy Katie Jackson. Daisy died in 1920 when Mary was not yet 5 years old.
2. Catherine Fern James was born in 1929 in Indiana. She is the daughter of Rose's sister, Georgiana, who died in 1931 when Catherine was 2 years old.
