Larry Lee Trimmer is the son of Madge L. Harrold and Floyd Everett Trimmer. He was born 28 November 1936 in Columbia City, Whitley, Indiana. He died 2 March 2005 at age 68 at Manchester, Coffee, Tennessee. On 7 March 2005, he was buried at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, Tullahoma, Tennessee.

On 2 August 1959, he married Judith Lynn Payne in Keokuk, Lee, Iowa. She is the daughter of Franklyn Payne and Dorothy Wright. She was born 22 February 1936 in Keokuk, Lee, Iowa. She died 20 February 2004 at age 67 in Manchester, Coffee, Tennessee. On 23 February 2004, she was buried at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, Tullahoma, Tennessee.
