She was born 2 February 1853 in Thorncreek, Whitley, Indiana. She died 22 May 1929 at age 76. She is buried at Greenhill Cemetery, Columbia City, Whitley, Indiana. This marriage ended in divorce in April 1908.
• On 20 June 1908, he married Catharine Ann Wolfe in Dodge county, Wisconsin. She is the daughter of John T. Wolfe and Catherine Eberhard. She was born 8 October 1861 in Columbia City, Whitley, Indiana. She died 25 May 1924 at age 62 in Columbia City, Whitley, Indiana. She is buried at South Park Cemetery, Whitley, Indiana.
