Almira Alice Sriner is the daughter of Joseph Shriner and Elizabeth Wells. Alice, as she was known, was born 5 Aug 1855 in Ohio. She died 16 November 1930 at age 75 in Yellowstone county, Montana probably while visiting with her daughter Mettie, who lived there. She is buried at Union Evangelical Cemetery, Baltimore, Fairfield, Ohio.

On 18 Jul 1875, she married Lewis Miller in Fairfield County, Ohio. He is the son of Abraham Miller and Elizabeth Blosser and the brother of Noah E. Miller who married Almira's sister Mary.. He was born 29 Dec 1851 in Liberty, Fairfield, Ohio. He died 1 October 1922 at age 70 in Liberty, Fairfield, Ohio. On 4 October 1922, he was buried at Union Evangelical Cemetery, Baltimore, Fairfield, Ohio.
