Robert Keith Harrold is the son of Elva N. Anspaugh and Mont Aaron Harrold. He was born 18 January 1919 in Indiana. He died 4 June 1996 at age 77 at Fort Wayne, Allen, Indiana. On 7 June 1996, he was buried at Blue River Cemetery, Thorncreek, Whitley, Indiana.

He married Eileen May Hiscutt. She is the daughter of Joy Hiscutt and Edith Gilbert. She was born 13 February 1919 in Ravenna, Muskegon, Michigan. She died 11 November 2006 at age 87 in Columbia City, Whitley, Indiana. On 14 November 2006, she was buried at Blue River Cemetery, Thorncreek, Whitley, Indiana.
