[Charleston Gazette, Charleston, WV] Hazel W. Wade PIKEVILLE, Ky. - Hazel W. Wade, 75, of Pikeville, formerly of Neola, W.Va., died Dec. 5, 1997, in a Pikeville nursing home after a long illness. She was a homemaker and a member of May Chapel United Methodist Church. Surviving: daughter, Elizabeth Tackett of Pikeville, with whom she made her home; sons, William Kenneth and Alfred J., both of Neola; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Shanklin Funeral Home, White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., with the Rev. Paul Suttle officiating. Burial will be in Hefner Cemetery, Neola. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. |
