[From Digital Memorial] Virginia Burdette Fentress Virginia Fentress, 94 of Athens Georgia, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012. A native of Chicago, Illinois and 30-year resident of Athens, Georgia, Mrs. Fentress was the daughter of the late James Calvin Burdette and Gertrude Campbell Burdette. She was a retired high school math teacher. Survivors include husband Arthur Kittle, daughters Katherine Schuman of Aurora Missouri, Susan Fry of Lakeport Florida, Dytre Fentress of Atlanta Georgia, and son Frank Howett of Whispering Pines North Carolina; grandchildren David Schuman, Katherine Schaeffer, Vickie Saewert, Scot Schuman, and Forrest Aguar; great grandchildren Karen Schaeffer, Cory Schaeffer, Kristy Heinrichs, Austin Calico, Clara Schuman, Amelia Schuman and Angelica Schuman. Graveside services will be held 2PM Wednesday, March 7th at Oconee Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Odyssey Hospice, 855 Gaines School Rd, Ste.
