Robert Louis Neel, 71, Indianapolis, passed away on October 30, 2007. Robert was born on January 7, 1936 in Sinks Grove, W. Virginia. He graduated from Washington High school in 1954. He was a member of the lst United Methodist Church of Mooresville and helped develop the "Crossing Over" program. Robert was also involved with the Emmaus Community, Mooresville Nature Club, Boys Scouts and was owner/operator of the Citadel Corp for 20 years. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Mary Bush Neel; sons: Stephen (Cathleen) and Scott Neel; daughters, Terri (Joel) Winters and Jennifer (Daniel) Lucas, 13 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2007 from 1-4 p.m. at the 1st United Methodist Church of Mooresville. Services entrusted to Alpha Funeral Service.
