[South Florida Sun-Sentinel, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Thursday, August 22, 1996] TOSH - Mrs. Oretha B., 83, of W. Palm Beach, formerly of Snellville, GA, died August 17, 1996. Viewing was held at Wages Snellville Chapel, Wednesday, August 21, 1996 from 7 until 8 PM, funeral will be Thursday, August 22, 1996 at 11 AM at Chestnut Grove Baptist Church with The Reverend Thomas Jordan officiating. Burial will be at the Chestnut Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Tosh was born in Hinton, WV, and earned her A.B. degree at Morris Harvey College in Charleston, WV and her Masters of Education from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. She taught elementary school in Fayette, Raleigh and Kanawha Counties in WV, and Broward County in FL. Mrs. Tosh was the only daughter of Everett Clifton and Pinie Ethel Burdette, who are deceased. Mrs. Tosh married John Paul Tosh of Hensley, WV in 1935 and to which 3 children were born and two survived today. Charles William Tosh, deceased, Frederick Eugene Tosh, Alpharetta and Linda Lue Bonis, W. Palm Beach, FL; brother, Oral Burdette, Stone Mountain. There are 5 grandchildren, Lori Ann Hendricks, Paul Kelly Tosh, Jacquline Katherine Tosh, Sarah Oretha Tosh and Brittany Leigh Tosh. Tom M.
