Frances (Erwin) Sparks, 71, died Feb. 25, 1996 She was born in Struthers, Ohio, living most of her life in Akron. She was preceded in death by sister, Vivian Erwin. Surviving are daughters, Zelma Anne "Susie" Andersen, Nancy Lee Schwegel, both of Akron; grandchildren, Mrs. Stephen (Christine Marie) Schueller, Mrs. Phillip (Cynthia Susan) Howell, Mrs. Michael (Kathleen Royce) Esterak, and Mrs. David (Clarissa Lee) Stephenson; great-grandchildren, Hillary Anne and Tarra Lee Howell, Lauren Frances and David Foster Stephenson, Crystal Marie, Michael Wayne, and Cassandra Anne Esterak; sister, Julia Margie Farkus. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 3 p.m., at the Campfield-Hickman Collier Funeral Home, Rev. Tom Webb officiating. Visitation Wednesday, 1 p.m. until time of service.
