1995 GEORGE MICHAEL ELLER REPRINT MADE POSSIBLE WITH COOPERATION OF THE ELLER FAMILY ASSOCIATION.


1.
Monies loaned to the Eller Family Association as upfront money in the amount of $2,400.00 with equal shares of $800.00 each by Lynn Eller, Atlanta Ga., Edward. Eller, Dalton Ga. and J. Gerald Eller, Whittier N. C. for a 50% down payment of the proposed George Michael Eller reprint.

2.
The 1995 proposed reprint of the above named genealogy book will be 150 copies price per. copy will be approximately $27.22 plus shipping. copies to be sold to interested parties at a cost of approximately $40.00.

3.
All funds for this project (upfront funds and proceeds of book sales) shall be deposited in the Eller Family Association bank account and enter into the Eller Family Association financial records under appropriate accounting procedures.

4.
No other Eller Family Association funds shall be appropriated to finance said proposed 1995 George Michael Eller reprint other than funds realized from the sales of said George Michael Eller reprint and upfront monies as stated in article #1.

5.
The upfront monies used for the proposed 1995 George Michael Eller reprint will be returned to persons named in article #1 in the total base amount of $2,400.00 (no set time period) as sales of said book is accomplished. In the event that any one of the named persons as stated in article #1 should die prior to repayment of 800.00, his share up to $800.00 shall be paid to the executor of his estate.

6.
All proceeds above the total costs of producing and distributing the proposed 1995 George Michael Eller reprint shall be placed in an account of the Eller Family Association dedicated to future Eller Family Association publications as yet unnamed.

Signed copies of the above have been duly signed by the three individuals mentioned in 1. and counter signed by Nancy Eller, Sec./Treas of the EFA. Copies are in the hands of each of the three and on file with the Secretary/ Treasurer. It should be understood that this agreement in no way obligates funds of the EFA for the completion of this project. The proposal was circulated to the full Board with only one negative vote returned.
