He left no estate in Bannock Co. and was in the employ
of the Oregon Short Line Railroad as an engineer.

A claim against the Oregon Short Line Railroad on account
of the death of Bert Chapman was settled for $500 on
27 Nov 1912.

Minor heirs are Genevieve Chapman, age 4, and Viola
Chapman, age 2.
