General Land Office of the US a certificate of the Registrar of the
Land Office at Brookills, State of IN... full payment has been made by
the Senior Peter W. Vorhees according to the provisions of the act of
Congress of the 24th of April 1820 entitled... for the East half of
the NW quarter of Sec 3, Twp 15, R 11 in the district of Brookville,
state of IN.  Containing eighty acres...recorded Vol 10,
page 393 recorded Aug 21, 1841 ... given under hand at the city of
Washington the 24th day of April 1824.
