Hammond, John, Anne Arundel Co.,

Written 11th Nov., 1707; Proved 4th Dec., 1707.

To wife Mary, 250 acres, dwelling plantation and land "Mountainy Neck," also
22 acres, "The Addition," during life.

To eldest son Thomas and heirs, land aforesaid at decease of wife, also 220
acres, "Heath" in Patapscoe where he now lives, and 100 acres,
"Wheatley Neck" and 75 pounds to be invested in land.

To son John, plantation on North side Severn River where he now lives,
and that part of "Swan Neck" lying toward Severn River. Also 100 acres,
"Horners" bought from Thos. Reynolds, 50 acres, "The Adventure" and 50 acres,
"Forked Neck."

To son William, plantation on which he lives, residue of "Swan Neck,"
100 acres, "Strawberry Plain," 400 acres, "The Addition" and 50 acres,
"Brushy Neck."

To son Charles, 100 acres, "Flushing," 50 acres, "Deep Creek Poynt,"
284 acres, "Rich Neck" at Patuxent R., and 362 acres, "Hammond's Forest."

To 3 sons, John, William and Charles aforesaid, all houses, lots, etc. in
Annapolis

To St. Ann's Church, Annapolis, 10 pounds.

Exs.: 4 sons aforesaid

Test: John Brice, Henry Pinkney, Eliza: Abrahams.

By codicil, 13th Nov., 1707, testator leaves certain personalty to 4
sons aforesaid 12. 184.
