This indenture between Mary Ann Wiltsie, widow of John A. Wiltsie,
late of town of Bethlehem, Albany Co. of the 1st part
and John J. Wiltsie of same of the 2nd part... in consideration
of $600 paid by party of the 2nd part.. quit claim and sold
land situate in Bethlehem, Albany Co., bounded on N by land
formerly owned by Henry Bailly, on E. by land owned by Ambrose
Wiltsie, on S by lands of Ambrose Wiltsie and Moses Merrit,
on W by lands of Moses Merrit and Bamus, known as the Waggoner farm
containing about 100 acres of land.  Also a lot of 10 acres in
the same town bounded no N and W by land of Moses Merrit
and John Waggoner dec'd by Harman Vanderzee, on E by Ambrose Wiltsie
known as quarry lot.  The above described premises were formerly
owned by John A. Wiltsie dec'd.
