Otters
July 24th
Today we drove to Chapel-en-le-Frith and visited the owl and otter sanctuary called the Chestnut Center. Afterwards, we drove to Lyme Park in Disley to have lunch. Martha and I took a walk and saw the male red deer at Lyme Park, another estate, owned by the National Trust. After this, we took the short drive to Uncle Charlie's house in Disley. We had a nice visit and were glad we went. On our way back, we stopped at Whaley Bridge to see the canal boats. For the evening meal, we went to the Highwayman on the Chesterfield Road with Phil and Noreen. Back at the house, we watched a video on Chatsworth.
