     David Redy was listed on the 1860 US Federal Census in Township 45, Range 14, Moniteau County, Missouri, USA, enumerated 8 September 1860 living with Patrick Reidy.3
     D Rady was listed on the 1870 US Federal Census in Walker, Moniteau County, Missouri, USA, enumerated 28 August 1870 living with P Rady.4 His age was listed as 70. He was shown as born in Ireland. His profession was farmer. He had personal property valued at $100.4 His father was of foreign birth. His mother was of foreign birth.4 David Redy wrote a will on 8 January 1873 in Moniteau County, Missouri, USA.
I David Reidy of the first part leave by my will 80 akers (sp) to David Reidy son to Patrick Reidy of the 2nd part. In case Patrick Reidy sell said 80 akers (sp) of the first part the price of said 80 to placed to the best advantage for said David Reidy of the 2nd part son to Patrick Reidy. I further will 60 akers (sp) with all its stock and farming utencils to Patrick Reidy. Giving under my hand this the 8th date of January 1873.
